Announcing a Special Tutorial for the IEEE Southeast Michigan Section!
Date TBA
8:30AM 4PM (registration 8-8:30AM)
Location TBA
Join us in Detroit for a special full - day tutorial on the hottest new wireless standard, IEEE 802.15.4, the basis for the ZigBee wireless networking standard. ZigBee and 802.15.4 promise low power consumption for low-bandwidth applications in some cases exceeding battery shelf life! Presented from the viewpoint of a consulting embedded systems engineer, this tutorial will introduce you to the theory and networking structure of 802.15.4 and ZigBee as well as the practical integration of this network into embedded systems. Hands-on code will be presented and demonstrated as well as live demos of working hardware.
| Cost: |
| IEEE Members $199 |
| Non-members
$249 Full-time Students (current ID required, limited seating available) $99 |
